Hi Everyone, Thank you very much for your participation for the Farmers Santa Parade on 27th Nov 2011.I believe that everyone enjoyed and had wonderful time. Every year we sell team DVD which include one photo data DVD but since we have lots of photos (Richard :our photographer took 1599 of our photo during the parade) and some people wants to see it soon, we decided to make/sell a Santa Parade Photo data DVD. Photo: Santa Parade 2011Media: DVDPrice: $3/each (cost of DVD media & labor fee)It won’t have any label, case etc. we simply copy every data into a DVD. If you would like to buy the photo data DVD please let me know by 13th Dec 2011.(You are NOT able to buy it after 13th Dec 2012.) We’ll give it out on the first practice 2012. Dear Participants of Santa Parade It’s finally coming up this weekend – Santa Parade!!Please make sure to read the following details. Please note that we will assemble outside, as we are unable to arrange a changing room this year. Date: 27/11/2011 (if rains, 4/12/2011)Assemble time: 11:00am (SHARP)Assemble point: Aotea Centre Entrance (by the right side of the stairs) We will move somewhere else nearby at 11am. Please DO NOT be late. Outfits:We will assemble outside. There won’t be a changing room. Please make sure to put on your outfits prior to assembly.As we will stand by outside, we’ll allow a thin jacket only. We will collect jackets before the parade and keep them in one of our staff’s car. (Please be mindful that we will have jackets from 40 odd people) Valuables:We will look after your wallet and cell phone only. Please do not bring anything else. Preparade:12:30 pm to 2:00 pm Parade venue:Mayoral Drive – Queen Street – Customs Street – Albert Street (2km in total) Parade style:Stage version of the dance and then walk along a X’mas song in between the dance. We will dance 8 to 10 times. *Wave your hands to the crowds while we play Jingle Bell and walk forwards along the street*Water staff will come around during Jingle Bell. Please drink the water without touching your mouth to the bottle. (people from Japan for the parade) (Venue ; Restaurant in the City ;TBA) 26/NOV(Sat) Last practice before the Santa parade (Every performer must attend) 27/NOV(Sun) The Farmers Santa parade (Pre-Parade) 12.30pm – 2pm Santa parade celebration party 6pm – (Veneu; TBA)２．Due to we have performed several events, we haven’t corrected our costume yet.
